How do I redeem my wristband if I’ve purchased a ticket?
Head to the wristband exchange at Sessions by Mumbles Brewery (38-39 Castle Street, Swansea, SA1 1HZ) on Friday and Saturday of the festival. You can also collect your wristband at the Fringe launch at Glynn Vivian on the 26th.

Are the venues accessible?
Yes, all venues have step-free entry. If you have specific access requirements, please contact the venue directly.

Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes. Day and single event tickets can be upgraded at the wristband exchange or on the door of any ticketed event.

Where can I find the full schedule?
A draft schedule will be live on this website by the end of this week (w/c 26th October). Run times are subject to change. Printed schedules will be available at the wristband exchange.

Can young people attend?
Generally, yes, but policies vary, so please check with individual venues. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry in line with their own age and licensing policies.

Is ear protection available?
Most venues have ear protection available on request. If you’re planning ahead, we recommend bringing your own.

Can I get a photography pass?

I want to stay for the whole weekend. Where’s good?
There are several reasonably priced hotels around the city centre, and a couple of hostels if your budget is tighter.

How can I volunteer?
We welcome all volunteers. Our core group is experienced, but many hands make light work. You’ll get a free weekend ticket, and roles range from technical support (audio and lighting) to working the doors, taking payments and checking wristbands. To join the team, email info@swanseamusichub.com.
